Termos e Condições

Estes termos e condições se aplicam ao aplicativo Finace (doravante denominado "Aplicativo") para dispositivos móveis, que foi criado por Ciro Roberto da Rocha (doravante denominado "Provedor de Serviço") como um serviço com suporte de anúncios.

Ao baixar ou utilizar o Aplicativo, você concorda automaticamente com os seguintes termos. É altamente recomendável que você leia e compreenda estes termos completamente antes de usar o Aplicativo. É estritamente proibido copiar ou modificar o Aplicativo, qualquer parte do Aplicativo ou nossas marcas registradas. Quaisquer tentativas de extrair o código-fonte do Aplicativo, traduzir o Aplicativo para outros idiomas ou criar versões derivadas não são permitidas. Todas as marcas registradas, direitos autorais, direitos de banco de dados e outros direitos de propriedade intelectual relacionados ao Aplicativo permanecem propriedade do Provedor de Serviço.

O Provedor de Serviço se dedica a garantir que o Aplicativo seja o mais útil e eficiente possível. Como tal, reserva-se o direito de modificar o Aplicativo ou cobrar por seus serviços a qualquer momento e por qualquer motivo. O Provedor de Serviço garante que quaisquer cobranças pelo Aplicativo ou seus serviços serão claramente comunicadas a você.

O Aplicativo armazena e processa dados pessoais que você forneceu ao Provedor de Serviço para poder prestar o Serviço. É sua responsabilidade manter a segurança do seu celular e o acesso ao Aplicativo. O Provedor de Serviço desaconselha fortemente fazer "jailbreak" ou "root" no seu celular, o que envolve a remoção de restrições e limitações de software impostas pelo sistema operacional oficial do seu dispositivo. Tais ações podem expor seu celular a malware, vírus, programas maliciosos, comprometer os recursos de segurança do seu celular e podem resultar no mau funcionamento ou na falha total do Aplicativo.

Por favor, note que o Aplicativo utiliza serviços de terceiros que possuem seus próprios Termos e Condições. Abaixo estão os links para os Termos e Condições dos provedores de serviços de terceiros usados pelo Aplicativo:

Esteja ciente de que o Provedor de Serviço não assume responsabilidade por certos aspectos. Algumas funções do Aplicativo exigem uma conexão ativa com a internet, que pode ser Wi-Fi ou fornecida pela sua operadora de rede móvel. O Provedor de Serviço não pode ser responsabilizado se o Aplicativo não funcionar em sua capacidade total por falta de acesso ao Wi-Fi ou se você esgotar sua franquia de dados.

Se você estiver usando o aplicativo fora de uma área com Wi-Fi, esteja ciente de que os termos de contrato da sua operadora de rede móvel ainda se aplicam. Consequentemente, você pode incorrer em cobranças da sua operadora por uso de dados durante a conexão ao aplicativo, ou outras cobranças de terceiros. Ao usar o aplicativo, você aceita a responsabilidade por quaisquer cobranças, incluindo cobranças de roaming de dados se usar o aplicativo fora do seu território de origem (ou seja, região ou país) sem desativar o roaming de dados. Se você não é o responsável pela fatura do dispositivo no qual está usando o aplicativo, presumimos que você obteve permissão do responsável pela fatura.

Da mesma forma, o Provedor de Serviço nem sempre pode assumir a responsabilidade pelo seu uso do aplicativo. Por exemplo, é sua responsabilidade garantir que seu dispositivo permaneça carregado. Se a bateria do seu dispositivo acabar e você não conseguir acessar o Serviço, o Provedor de Serviço não poderá ser responsabilizado.

Em relação à responsabilidade do Provedor de Serviço pelo seu uso do aplicativo, é importante notar que, embora eles se esforcem para garantir que ele esteja sempre atualizado e preciso, eles dependem de terceiros para fornecer informações a eles para que possam disponibilizá-las a você. O Provedor de Serviço não aceita qualquer responsabilidade por qualquer perda, direta ou indireta, que você venha a sofrer como resultado de confiar totalmente nesta funcionalidade do aplicativo.

O Provedor de Serviço pode desejar atualizar o aplicativo em algum momento. O aplicativo está atualmente disponível conforme os requisitos do sistema operacional (e para quaisquer sistemas adicionais para os quais decidam estender a disponibilidade do aplicativo) podem mudar, e você precisará baixar as atualizações se quiser continuar usando o aplicativo. O Provedor de Serviço não garante que sempre atualizará o aplicativo para que seja relevante para você e/ou compatível com a versão específica do sistema operacional instalada em seu dispositivo. No entanto, você concorda em sempre aceitar as atualizações do aplicativo quando lhe forem oferecidas. O Provedor de Serviço também pode desejar encerrar o fornecimento do aplicativo e pode terminar seu uso a qualquer momento, sem lhe enviar um aviso de rescisão. A menos que informado de outra forma, em qualquer rescisão, (a) os direitos e licenças concedidos a você nestes termos terminarão; (b) você deve parar de usar o aplicativo e (se necessário) excluí-lo do seu dispositivo.

Exclusão de Conta após Remoção do Grupo Familiar

Se um usuário foi removido de um grupo familiar dentro do Aplicativo, sua conta e todos os dados relacionados serão automaticamente excluídos. O usuário pode entrar em contato com o Provedor de Serviço em finace.projeto@gmail.com para revisar ou contestar a exclusão.

Alterações a Estes Termos e Condições

O Provedor de Serviço pode atualizar periodicamente seus Termos e Condições. Portanto, aconselha-se que você revise esta página regularmente para quaisquer alterações. O Provedor de Serviço notificará você sobre quaisquer alterações publicando os novos Termos e Condições nesta página.

Estes termos e condições entram em vigor a partir de 14/08/2025.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Finace app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ciro Roberto da Rocha (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.

The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Account Deletion upon Removal from Household

If a user is removed from a household within the Application, their account and all related data will be automatically deleted. The user may contact the Service Provider at finace.projeto@gmail.com to review or dispute the deletion.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

These terms and conditions are effective as of 2025-08-14
